1. Donations & Utilization

  • All donations made to Ramdoot Niwas, Gaurakhanathjinu Temple are voluntary, non-refundable, and irrevocable.

  • Donations are accepted with the understanding that they are an unconditional offering to support the ashram’s religious, spiritual, charitable, and service-based activities.

  • The ashram reserves the full and exclusive right to utilize donations at its sole discretion for purposes it deems necessary, such as but not limited to:

    • Annadaan (Food Service) for devotees, Narmada Parikramavasis, and the needy.

    • Gaushala Seva and care for stray or abandoned animals.

    • Temple maintenance, rituals, and religious ceremonies.

    • Charitable aid such as education assistance, medical support, and shelter for those in need.

    • Any other activities aligned with the ashram’s mission.

  • The donor shall have no rights, ownership, or authority over how the funds are used once the donation is made.

2. No Legal or Financial Obligation on the Ashram

  • The donor acknowledges that making a donation does not constitute any contractual agreement between the donor and the ashram beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.

  • The ashram does not provide any material, financial, or reciprocal benefit in exchange for donations, except for spiritual blessings and prayers.

  • No claim or legal proceedings can be initiated against the ashram, its trustees, members, or representatives regarding the utilization of donations.

  • The ashram does not guarantee any specific outcome, benefit, or entitlement resulting from the donation.

3. No Refund or Transfer Policy

  • Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred to another person or entity.

  • Donations cannot be withdrawn or redirected for any personal, legal, or commercial purposes after they have been received.

  • Any request for a refund due to personal circumstances, dissatisfaction, or change of mind will not be entertained.

4. Use of Website

  • This website is provided for informational and donation purposes only. The ashram does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and users access it at their own risk.

  • The ashram is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or downtime that may occur while using the website.

  • Users must ensure that all personal and payment information provided while making a donation is accurate and complete. The ashram is not responsible for any errors made by the donor.

5. Transaction Errors & Third-Party Payment Services

  • Donations may be processed through third-party payment gateways, and the ashram is not responsible for any failures, deductions, or delays arising from these services.

  • If a transaction fails but funds are deducted from the donor’s account, the donor must contact their bank or payment service provider for resolution. The ashram will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from technical errors or failed transactions.

  • The ashram does not store or have access to sensitive financial information such as credit/debit card details or banking credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The ashram, its trustees, members, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

    • Loss of funds due to transaction errors.

    • Dissatisfaction with how donations are utilized.

    • Any personal or financial loss arising from reliance on the information provided on this website.

    • Any claims related to perceived obligations from the ashram towards the donor.

  • The ashram does not endorse or assume liability for third-party payment providers, external links, or external service providers.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • The ashram reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

  • Donors and users of the website are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

  • Continued use of the website and donation services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes or legal matters related to donations or website use shall be governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.

  • By making a donation, the donor agrees to waive any legal claims that contradict these terms and conditions.
